Minimum Order Requiremen

All B2B orders must meet a minimum order value of $750 to be eligible for shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is not included in the checkout total.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and added after the order is placed.

Once your order is submitted, we will add the final shipping cost based on the weight, volume, and delivery address.

Freight Requirements

For bulk or pallet shipments, please ensure the delivery location meets the following requirements:

• Zoned commercial/industrial address
• 48-inch loading dock
• Accessible by 53-foot trailers

If your location does not meet these criteria, alternative delivery options may be available and communicated to you after order submission.

Additional charges may apply for accessorial services such as:

• Lift-gate delivery
• Residential delivery
• Delivery appointments

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination, type of shipment, product availability, or if the goods are currently in production. We will notify you of any delays and provide updates on expected shipping dates.

Freight Inspection

Upon delivery, you must inspect the shipment for any damage, shortages, or incorrect items before signing the delivery documents.
If there is any issue:

• Take clear photos of the shipment
• Refuse delivery
• Contact us immediately

Failure to follow this process may void your ability to file a claim or appeal.
