Triax Synergy Gear SF is optimally balanced with an amino-phosphate chemistry to protect yellow metal synchros. It offers improved friction control, wear reduction, thermal stability, shear stability, rust and corrosion inhibition, and seal protection. All are features that must be optimally balanced to provide extended gear and synchronizer life, smooth shift control, fuel economy, and high load capability over a wide range of applications.
