Refund policy
All orders are subject to refund, return or replacement provided certain conditions are satisfied.
Within 15 days, all non-bulk orders are eligible for FREE returns and a full refund.
- A full refund will be issued once the original product is received in good condition, undamaged, and unused.
Free return shipping will be provided if:
- The product is damaged during shipping and cannot be used. Pictures are necessary.
- We shipped you the wrong product.
- The product is defective.
Opened, used products cannot be returned. Certain exceptions apply and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your order qualifies for any exceptions, please click HERE. Please be sure to submit your order number.
Bulk / pallet orders: Do not sign for goods without first inspecting the freight to ensure it is undamaged and is the correct product and quantity. If there is a problem with the shipment, take pictures, refuse delivery, and contact us. Not doing so may waive your right to appeals.
